Not able to connect to Jira

Zephyr version:zfj-importer-utility-0.36.jar

I am trying to connect zephyr importer to Jira server, but not able to connect with the attached figure. "Unexpected Response Code:500" What does it mean?

I have input "right URL address' in there and also account. What I input in URL are (Access address: tde.*.com/*/) - https://access address/rest - https://access address/ All are failed with same message - code 500

We are using "SSO" with Crowd, so is this problem caused by SSO?

What should I investigate to fix this?
