Issue Key values are not added into test cases when importing with zfj-importer-utility-0.38

Hi,

I try with importing test cases with Issue Key(this is Story ID, Feature ID), When i try to import with this Issue key the test case is not importing into JIRA, Without Issue key i am able to import test cases. But there is not use of importing test cases without issue key, we will not able to use if for traceability.
