Not able to update the data which was already imported. ( Re-importing excel file on same JIRA )

Hi Team ,

I am trying to update the test steps and other columns data of already imported excel.

Steps :

Import the excel ( abc.xls). PFA
JIRA created with provided data in excel.
Now change/update/add the rows in the existing file ( like add some steps or modify the contents ) and try to upload the same file.

Expected Result :modification should get reflected with new data .

Actual : JIRA not getting updated with changes/modifications.

Also have tried by deleting the file in Success Folder and then re-importing.

Problem statement :

How to update the existing created JIRA ( imported through excel and re-importing same excel with some modification/steps addition ).

Same JIRA should be updated with changes/modification.

PFA the screen capture and sample test file.

Please suggest any work around for re-importing the excel file and changes should be made in the already created jira.
