Expose close_source_branch parameter

Hi,

For some time now, bitbucket creates pull_request with "close_source_branch" set to true. Could you honor a new global close_source_branch option in the ~/.bitbucket config file expose this parameter as argument of the command itself that could override the value defined in the config file

Hey all, this is a pretty serious issue for us. We have branch permissioning that disallows certain branches from being closed (staging/master,etc.), and are currently using bb in our CI/CD.

Any chance this will be addressed?
