Yeld remote repo url when created

When a remote repo is created, the full url should be printed for easily adding it to the local repo.

Is this during "bb create_from_local" or "bb create". When you run "bb create_from_local" it automatically sets up a remote in your local repository. I suppose it would be convenient to have this behavior in "bb create" as well. I will look into adding it.

I've added an add_remote command in #7133dc0 that solves this issue.

Usage:

bb add_remote ownername reponame
