delete repository command needs an --owner parameter

I work exclusively with repos owned by a team. Currently there is no way for the cli to delete repos owned by that team since the delete command lacks a --owner parameter.

This appears to require migrating to version 2.0 of bitbucket API since I think version 1 of the API appears not to suport this case (I know since I hacked the code to do this).

The owner parameter has been added to "delete" and "update".
