Proxy specification not properly handled

As soon as a proxy is specified in foobar networking parameters, all plugin requests are failing. eg.

(FATAL) Error: HTTP Error (501)(url: https://api.discogs.com/oauth/request_token)

foo_discogs should use the built-in foobar2000 networking. Closing as this is an old issue. If still a problem with a recent version of foobar2000 and foo_discogs, it could be reopened.
