Tagging no longer works.

As of 8/31/2018 I can no longer retrieve tags from discogs. Nothing has changed with my system. Time is fine, my OS supports SSL 1.2, and here is the console output when trying to re Oauth: foo_discogs: https://api.discogs.com/oauth/request_token?oauth_consumer_key=kQFLKuHXrEsVfZTDvOdz&oauth_nonce=1535778329&oauth_signature=PS2vcMkBsO%2BRLWUDVoLy003TZ9Y%3D&oauth_signature_method=HMAC-SHA1&oauth_timestamp=1535778320&oauth_version=1.0

Foobar version: 1.3.16 foo_discogs version: (any tried) OS: win7 x64 Time sync'd with all available.

Are you able to configure OAuth correctly ("Test" button should report success)?
