Discogs API won't add to authorized app

After clicking on step 1, and authorized this module, when clicking on generate, a 400 is returned. After checking applications on the developer page, foo_discogs didn't show up. This might be a problem with discogs. But would it be better if just creating an app and use their consumer key & token to access the API?
