Button at header of widget to open a Dialer

Ability to add a button to the widget header (Screenshot step 12) (with the symbol of the handset) to open the Dialer without any number.

FUNC: Optional.

REASON: 1. For usability, analog of default Android Phone button on any Launchers where this button is hidden.
