Add a choice of call-setup with set to default for one of the SIM cards, without displaying an additional window to select the SIM-card (Screenshot step 11) through which to make a call.

FUNC: Optional.

REASON: 1. Eliminate unnecessary action; 2. A large number of phones with two SIM cards.
