Move magic generation outside of engine package

Should be somewhere under engine/internal/magic.
While at it:
- Change to magic*bb>>32>>shift, i.e. no ^ operation
- Hardcode bishop magics, too

Too complicated and most stuff needs to stay inside the package anyway.
