KSS files playback issue

Some additional problems found in these files:

The files have been tested in ZXTune b3590 64-bit (Windows) with the following results:

"Megaz" - Does not open at all (there was no corresponding M3U file).
"Xak" - If you start it and then jump forward to the middle, the app will crash (sometimes it takes 2-3 jumps forward).

These files can be at least partially played in Foobar with foo_gep plugin. Also, for the second file Foobar shows 233 subtunes while ZXTune shows only the first one.
