Crash at startup using version 1.2.0.22

I get this crash now at startup after updating to v1.2.0.22 from v1.2.0.21, which worked perfectly. Seems to be an issue with the newly added power adapter. I am playing with Thermal expansion and Mekanism, but not using IC2 or any EU based mods...

Looking more closely it appears to be an accidental dependency on the IC2 api. I'm not a coding expert by any means though so I may be entirely incorrect.

1.2.0.23 prevented IC2 api to be called if IC2 is not installed
