Duping v 1.2.0.31

Discovered this today:

Any Storage unit with more than 1 item in it. Hook it to itself or another inventory via Mekanism/EnderIO and enable extraction... it will start sending items without decrementing the number stored. Doesn't seem to duplicate when the items are send in stacks.

Pictures show valid duplicating setups.
