Break resistance value too low, blocks destroyed on punch

So far I have noticed this bug with 2 blocks, the generator, and the pulverizer. I'm not sure the exact term, but their resistance to breaking is very low; like how tall grass, sugarcane, crops, etc break with one punch with no tool, these blocks also break with one left-click.

But because anything other than a pickaxe is an invalid tool, and/or not high enough level to break the block, it does not drop anything when broken unless you used a pickaxe. That will harvest it properly, though with just one hit.
