This is a followup to https://bitbucket.org/zzzeek/alembic/issue/164/attributeerror-thrown-when-running, seems that non-col indices are still not working quite correctly. I looked a bit into how to fix it, but looks like there isn't a way to define things like ordering in the create_index method yet, so might have to invent something new here.
I put together a couple of failing tests that still need to be filled in once something is invented to support this. :)
