document declarative synonym_for and comparable_using in the main docstring

Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue

synonym_for is a lot cleaner than what we have documented so these should replace the examples using "synonym" in the docstring and plugins.txt chapter.

update: OK, we still need the old synonym form for a descriptor that sets and gets.
