revisit imports in sqlsoup

Revisit the * imports in ext/sqlsoup and reduce to the explicit set of symbols needed in the module and those intended for re-export.

(per jek/jbellis in-person discussion at pg west 08, will enable pyflakes coverage for sqlsoup.)
