Advantage & Valentina Database Support

I would like to see both the Advantage Database and Valentina Database supported. These two products are both supported in PHP and .Net. Since Python is more popular than both these platforms it would be nice to see support for both of these databases.

"alternate" dialects like these can now be tackled as projects external to SQLAlchemy itself.

the current sybase.py in the 0.5 dist is actually a Sybase iAnywhere dialect (which is what comes up in a search for "Advantage"), although it hasn't been used by anyone in years and probably doesn't work. That driver should be renamed to ianywhere.py. AFAICT, iAnywhere is a completely obsolete nobody-uses-it kind of database which doesn't seem to offer anything that SQLite can't do better, but of course if someone feels like supporting ianywhere that's fine by us.
Valentina seems like a micro-commercial DB with no python driver available, so there are some hurdles there.
