Former user created an issue 2009-12-21

The documentation in README.unittests needs to be ammeded to tell people to create the test_schema and test_schema2 schemas for the MSSQL unit tests.

The lack of those schemas cause a large number of tests in test.engine.test_reflection to fail.

really at least pg, mysql, mssql, others need the two schemas so should generalize the comment for that.
