Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue 2010-03-11

kind of an issue either for documentation or behavior or should do the one() thing. I vote for raise an exception since it wasn't meant for multi-row results.

in 3264433782034cf862e534ea6c9e07fd5531050c, scalar() will raise on MultipleResultsFound, but will return None for NoResultFound. It now builds on one().
