add a note that people really don't need "clear_mappers()"

Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue

seems like some folks think they need to call this to make sure things are "turned off". Nobody needs to call this method, at this point I am actually very curious to see some case where the developers really think they need this function (other than test suites for extensions like Elixir, perhaps)
