Interbase 7 support

Interbase 7 does not work with current driver version code.
I have attached two file that let me use interbae 7.
Update version detection
Also removed distinct from column metadata lookup as I get an error if left.
The error is 'data type not supported for arithmetic'

if someone has time to convert these files to unified diffs, we can decide on the compatibility of these changes with modern Firebird systems, which are the priority here.
