tometadata omits things

Table.tometadata doesn't copy **kwargs and, by the looks of it, indexes that aren't part of a column to the other metadata object.

This is bad, omitting things like mysql_engine can cause serious problems ;-)

I'm working on this now, if there's a 0.6.5 release brewing, any chance you could hold off on it until I'm done?
