make pool methods private

Issue #1982 resolved
Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue

i.e. get()->_get(), return_conn() -> _return_conn(), _ConnectionFairy.checkout() -> _checkout()

its a bug because these methods have always been private and are mis-named.
