version_id_col on parent/child

confirm what the behavior is if version_id_col is on parent + child, i.e. in the example here: http://groups.google.com/group/sqlalchemy/browse_thread/thread/262e0a4060b27d41?hl=en

added a warning for conflicting version id cols, if only the base has the col it works fine provided the sub joins its column on that of the base.
