The link to download MySQL Connector Python is incorrectly pointing to Launchpad. See the latest documentation here: http://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/dialects/mysql.html#module-sqlalchemy.dialects.mysql.mysqlconnector

The official download location is from the MySQL website: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/python/
