SmallInteger is not defined (but implemented as Smallinteger)

The Types System defines class SmallInteger as one of the built-in types (that's a capital I in case it's not clear in some fonts). However, if you attempt to create a SmallInteger column you get

Searching the mailing list, the patch that implemented the type, tested it as "Smallinteger", so either the implementation or the documentation is incorrect.
