PDF Build broken since 0.9.9

Issue #3377 resolved

Obviously all link the the above PDF are broken too.

I can't fix these. both sphinx and RTD are terrible at PDF, nobody has ever been able to offer any help with PDF issues. I'd rather take the links down. Patches welcome. thanks!

Ok there seems to be a simple lookup error that is preventing PDF entirely and that's on my end, OK. the builds on RTD always come out as "failed" no matter what, though, even though they usually produce a file.

okey doke, RTD despite my pressing "wipe out workspace" repeatedly was still getting a stale version of zzzeeksphinx, added a tag in 6833669469b646fbd332b9ce4b 614bbe7370d19a8f28453

but note! the PDF build that just placed a file there for "latest" still shows as "failed"! because PDF / Sphinx / RTD are all very broken here regardless.

....and.... that's that. RTD upgraded to Sphinx 1.3 and I can't even get a PDF to build locally now.

at the end of about 50 megs of log output, you get:
