Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue 2016-07-25

right now we exclude SYSTEM and SYSAUX and especially due to Oracle 11 express, people's tables wind up in SYSTEM a lot. So this should have some configuration, preferably "oracle_exclude_tablespaces=None" or something like that. See https://github.com/zzzeek/sqlalchemy/pull/292 also.

this got merged in 1.1. it's not totally ideal that it's a dialect-level flag and not per metadata.reflect() but this is not a highly requested item. 319c49e64ac52ef559d7a3f630de9291bb89e1dc
