Postgres server-side cursors break table autoloading

Former user created an issue

If server-side cursors are enabled in Postgres engine(by default), autoloading of table raises error. With client-side cursors - works fine

    hello - test case please - all reflection unit tests pass on my end. ticket is closed until a fully working test case is attached.
