merge new cyclical branch in; current self-referential relationships probably glitchy

Mike Bayer repo owner created an issue

the current self-referential code might fail if you create a self-referential mapper with a one-to-many relationship to something else, then do a delete operation. the newer cyclical code is a lot more featured. keep testing it, shore it up and merge it with the trunk.
