ClauseParameters hides binds attribute

Refactoring of ClauseParameters in 3018 has hidden .binds attribute but set_input_sizes in DefaultExecutionContext seems to need it.

One possible fix attached.

works for me (well actually, im assuming you're testing Oracle ? i haven't been running 0.4 against oracle as of yet). patched in changeset:3023, thanks much !

Thanks for such a quick response. Of course you are right, I'm using Oracle. When you start testing 0.4 on it you will probably run into #622
