Print CSS - Hide navigation links

SQLAlchemy documentation already does a great job when defining a CSS for printing. I have only one suggestion, though: hide navigation links.

The most annoying one is "Back to section top", which gets printed a lot of times. I suggest creating a "nav_links" class to hide at least these items when printing: * Back to section top * Table of Contents * Previous ("Previous: Overview / Installation") * Next
