MSSQL autoload does not normalize column names

Former user created an issue

In MSSQL autoload column name case is preserved, which is inconsistent with, for instance, Oracle, Mysql autoloaders that convert all-uppercase column names to lower case.

    (original author: ram) MSSQL can be set in case-sensitive mode, and might therefore need the mixed-case identifiers. Closing as invalid.
