Recent changes made MapperExtension.get not called anymore

I'm using sqlalchemy trunk regularily, something changed this or last week with MapperExtension. get method on them no longer gets called. I'm attaching a simple test, that works with old version (before mapper extension changes) and does not work with new one.

thanks for the test, there were some refactorings that obviously have impacted this method but no existing tests raised any issues.
