Jiang 2013 example script incompatible with Mac OS

See #80. We need to remove readlink and replace it with an appropriate command that works on both Mac and linux, like we did for the various immcantation pipeline scripts.

Scripts fixed in 73a076f, but we’ll need to upload the downloadable tarballs on clip. Actually, they probably need to be moved somewhere else entirely because https.

I can move them to Box, with the jupyter tutorial’s data

I updated the files on clip. Not sure if we want to move them to Box or not.
