Version 2.0

Featuring a host of improvements, version 2.0 makes the Morning Mailer completely customizable. The email itself is completely modular and you can add, remove, and shift objects as you please. The dates in the Todoist module are now more intelligent, using 'Today', 'Yesterday', and '2 days ago' style dates when appropriate. General stability improvements were also implemented.

Version 1.01 - Hotfix

Some email clients need the email header to state the text encoding, so that was added. Most if not all HTML capable email clients should be able to display the email.
