svg hyperlink should display URL or link to browser

Gapplin indicates the presence of SVG hyperlinks when mousing over the hyperlinked location. The pointer changes to a finger. It would be helpful if the hyperlink is displayed on mouse over and the link is opened in a browser when clicked.

(In this example, the two dots on the left have hyperlinks) This file also demonstrates the view zoom / bounding box issue from my previous bug report. so it doesn't seem to actually be related to the aspect ratio. I cannot get Gapplin to show me this entire SVG without scrolling.

Gapplin should have this feature. I'll implement this in the next version. Thanks :)
