Add aditional key map to hamburger

Sorry I screwed up. :( The "Home" key is not a standard MCE remote option. It works great from the keyboard, so I would keep it.

Can you add a "CrtlA" or something. Below is the standard options so it really doesn't matter if you choose another. Don't know if Crtl a is used by xbox.
