<polyline> doesn't render correctly

Alastair McBain repo owner created an issue

Try changing it to use the GDI polyline function for outlines. Any fills can probably stay as emit_lines, but could possibly transition to a polygon function call.

    I thought Inkscape generated polylines when you use the "Create stars and polygons" tool, despite the name. However I can't seem to recreate this; it seems to always create a path. Even if it only happens under certain circumstances this should be fixed because someone might encounter it.
