Make ident_switch active for the new skin Elastic

Roundcube has made the Roundcube beta 1.4 available from https://roundcube.net/news/2018/08/25/roundcube-1.4-beta-released I have installed it and notice that the switch bar is not working. (he is not findable)

Changing the settings in the settings menu does work fine! Can you make this for the new skin Elastic?
