SMTP identification issue

Issue #30 closed

Version v3.3.1 that fixes issue #24 introduces a different problem, switching accross differents hosts.

I use roundcube to aggregate myownserver.tld and gmail.com accounts. Myownserver is configured to allow for impersonation so issue #24 has not affected me. Now the new version tries to log to myownserver using gmail authentication, which just fails, as that's a new host.

This version does not take into account the "host" parameter when switching. On the other hand simply using the imap host as smtp host will not likely to work for several people, as these tend to be different hosts.

I fell back to 3.2 without the fix for now. That still works.

Since my server allows impersonation I can work around and use 3.3.1 with static SMTP settings instead of %u %p.
