How to receive the real time

Hello I hope to receive the real time when the RT receives GPS data just like"12:15 19/06/2017".Could you give me some advices? And I see there is "ros::Time stamp "in the node file, I intend to write a code to receive it,but failed. I am a novice,could you help me about it? Thanks!

The
ros::Time
stamp in the header is a Unix Time Stamp. To convert to whatever format you want, try asking a question at http://answers.ros.org or https://stackoverflow.com/.
