Eye lashes not following lids with some expressions
Hello, hoping this isn’t a duplicate of https://bitbucket.org/Diffeomorphic/import_daz/issues/962/eyelashes-and-shape-keys and if it is I apologize.
I have a model imported into Blender 3.2. I’ve imported some custom facial expressions. Some of them work as expected. A few of them do not ( see pictures ).
What it looks like with no expression
vs what it looks like with broken expression
Some expressions, like the default ones such as eyes open/shut, the lashes follow fine.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything that can be done or are these expressions just unusable?
Thank you,
-Aaron

repo owner The shapekeys must be transferred from the main mesh to the lashes. This is now done automatically if the body part is set to Face, which is done for the standard expression morphs. However, for custom morphs you must assign the body part manually. This is unfortunately easy to miss, but I don’t know how else the plugin could know that it is dealing with face morphs.
But you can always use the Transfer Shapekeys tool afterwards.

Needed to transfer shape keys to lashes from body
