4. Update FishSim

FishSim is under constant development and you should update your FishSim installation on a regular basis to make sure you have the latest bugfixes. This document will describe the process of updating your FishSim installation.

Open a new terminal by pressing ctr + alt + t. Navigate to the scripts folder:

cd $FISHSIM_CATKIN_WS/src/fish_animation_toolchain/scripts
Run the update script: 
./update.sh

Wait until the process has finished.
