Double cost to repair helm

This one might be game breaking. When I repaired the helm in b36d, the costs doubled, leaving me with -1000 scrap and -1 quantum computers. Reference #27

    Just pushed out b36e which should fix this.

    I'll do a thorough check tonight to see if there are any double-costing things I missed.
