option for customized margin segments in plot.bio3d

Is it feasible to extend option margin.segments option in plot.dccm2 to plot.bio3d? It would be useful for marking subdomains in addition to sse as currently possible with bio3d when plotting per residue rmsf or pc contributions.

Would like to leave it for future version. Note that in the branch feature_enma2 we have some other updates for this basic plot function. Also, in future, we will have improved plot functions for matrices (See this issue).
