Statistical Coupling Analysis

Hi, I was wondering If anyone has ever tried doing statistical coupling analysis with Bio3d. I'm asking this because it is easy enough to obtain pfam alignments with bio3d, filter them in order to exclude conformationally redundant structures, etc. If not, would you have any suggestions as to how I could script something like that? Unfortunately we don't have this analysis in bio3d, so it's open for anyone who wants to contribute ;) Bio3d would absolutely benefit for including such analysis.

Adding this as a todo. would be nice to have this funtionality in addition to functions for various coevolution measures.
